All fees and costs are fully explained before you ask us to start, there are no hidden charges.
We complete the work so that the beneficiaries are in receipt of funds as soon as possible.

If the estate is tax paying we work with HMRC to complete the process as quickly as possible, whilst always ensuring you pay the minimum amount in tax.
So what do you get for 1.5%+VAT? You save time and family disputes and get a complete service, with Probate applied for, HMRC forms accurately completed, funds realised and beneficiaries paid.
You get accurate calculations of IHT due, reliefs available and exemptions used.
You get all estate taxes calculated and paid including Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax due from the estate, you get the estate registered with HMRC for tax, you get a full set of Estate Accounts for distribution to beneficiaries.
